hi rud edog... no need to 'raise' preflop in this type of game... the main $$$ you win are the ones after the flop when you have the goods... against bad players... the idea is to see the flops for cheap and beat them from there... thats what the top pros all say... so i follow their advice ...

I agree with Poker player. your odds are off too. You have 10.5 small bets preflop or 5.25 BBs. The bet in front of you on the flop will most certainly be raised by the preflop raiser in most situations as he raised a big field after three cold calls. You will actually only be getting 7.5 to 1 odds...
