  • Re: I hate dropping the best hand....

Three recent pots as illustration: $5/$10 Hold'em - Friday, July 08, 20:15:09 EDT 2005 Table Table 11367 (6 max) (Real Money) Seat 2 is the button Total number...

  • Some fun hands!

Well the internet connection is back at my lunch time break spot so I've been playing a little over my breaks again. Downside is some personal circumstances resulted in me withdrawing about as much of my BR as I could. It left me with about $19 and some change on one site. Well I played a $5/$1 yesterday...

  • Re: starting stacks, again... sorry!

One is that it let's your opponents at the table know that you plan to be in the game for a long time....

  • 3/6 limit K/Qs and...

You raise pre flop in a 6 handed game in 2 pos. - One cold caller and the BB. Board comes: and you're holding the K/Q of spades. The big blind bets out, and you still have the cold caller behind you yet to act. Do you fold here? Or try to see a turn card? "Poker and sex, everyone thinks they're...

  • You called me with 8 high !

Have you seen the clip from the WSOP this year where the guy calls on the end with J high. And the other guy flips out and starts yelling "You called me with J high!" I forgot who it was. So anyways, I am playing online tonight, and I have been playing very tight and everyone folds to me on...

  • Re: EP raise and you hold....

You should know it's an easy muck. I take it you are in the Big blind (wow what position!). EP raise huh? Hard to be ahead at this point. Even if an Ace falls you have no idea where you stand. Who cares if you are ahead here (unlikely). Remember there is a big difference between playing headsup poker...
