I play 15/30 on party a lot where there is also 10 and 15 blinds. I still fold my small blind pretty often, especially if there are a bunch of players in. If there is only 1 limper or 2 maybe, and I have somewhat mediocre cards then I may limp... otherwise I fold. I have seen this to be a long-term loser...

Easy question but there are a few twist. The minimum buy in is 10 times the big bet at most Casinos. Some authors advocate that you buy into a limit game with a large stack for several reasons. One is that it let's your opponents at the table know that you plan to be in the game for a long time....

I raise, re raise and raise any bet on the flop rather I hit or not. Why becasue they are putting you on a move most of the time and are just not likely to have the big hand.
