Re: CRAPS
LOL, I actually played some craps last saturday night when he was at the table at the Golden Nugget downtown. He cashed out about $15K that night. Of course, i felt bad cause at one point he lost about $2K because I rolled a six on the comeout roll and threw a 7 right after he laid down money all across...

Re: Golden Opportunity
Hey BrooklynKid and all. I also played this game at the Borgata in AC this weekend and at Caesar so I may have been next to you. I noticed a couple of things with this game and decided to run some numbers in regards to the bonus 1st. I noticed the AA pays higher than AK suited, yet AK suited is harder...

Re: CRAPS
Did you buy Microsoft stock with it?
Not so, Jon - I won $9K in craps in 1969 and have never been back to the table since. And have no intentions of doing same.
Re: CRAPS
I did have a horrible night on it last night. LOL! I am sure you remember when you first started dealing. Had a monster roll going and I had 9 players on my end (the big table, as we refer to it). They were all pressing up to odd amounts and I was taken off LOL. Believe it or not, my pit boss commended...

Re: CRAPS
One of my favorite and pretty successful players plays conservatively at first, then will start to press after he has built up a bit. His 6 dollar 6 and 8's get pressed first to 14, which gives him a payoff of 16 dollars the next time and then straight to 30. Had a pretty heavy game last night and...

Re: CRAPS
While Im not a huge believer in craps, my bro in law was able to get his money down in a game where the shooter had the dice for over two hours. He ended up walking away with about 8K. He hasnt been back sense, and probably never will be.

Re: CRAPS
I don't want to know or learn how to play craps. I fear it would be fun, and thus -EV for my bankroll. Besides, I have too many pit leaks anyways with Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, and 3-5-7 (My absolute favorite games!!)

Re: CRAPS
My experience with craps is you either make money really quick or lose it really quick. Most people keep playing after the hot run and lose back what they won. On a side note, I was playing craps at the Harrah's Laughlin and was able to bank on a women who through the dice for 1 hour and 14 minuets...

Re: CRAPS
I nwould like to announce that I am the most successful craps player ever. I played once in 1987, I invested two dollars and was ble to cash out 30. I have never been back.
