Would like info on playing poker for a living. I currently play a couple days of the week to help my current income. Have played in several tournaments and have done fairly well. Thinking about quiting my job and playing poker for a living. I have been playing no-limit for about one year. Any advise...

I sit with minimum: 10-20: $500 15-30: $750 20-40: $1000 etc... If I am playing pot limit or no-limit, I like to be able to cover everyone on the table if possible and at least buyin for what the chip leader has or as much as I have on me. Linda, Shame on you but thanks for the idea, Guffaw Guffaw. I usually play 6 handed on Ultimate and the hand values are completely different and that is what upsets people when they get drawn out on. I think RoyalVegas has a lot of freerolls. I've not tried this site yet. I play at UltimateBet, Pokerstars and infrequently on Party. I like the UB graphics and Stars has the best tourneys.
