I had never played limit before...

My only experience to this point had been No Limit Tournaments. My wife wanted to go to a boat and play. I say "IT DEPENDS." In low limit hold em I would agree with you and raise every time. No use being sneaky here, especially because your call-reraise (you would reraise, right?) might make even the sleepiest fish take notice that you have a hand, whereas your raise just looks like standard ram...

Big bets per hour/Low limit hold em'

For anyone that plays .50/1.00 limit hold em', what's an average amount of big bets for you to win in an hour? Most higher stakes players only make a couple big bets per hour but at low limit hold em', that seems a bit low.
