  • Re: Loose Low Limit Game

Mully, Having read HFAP numerous times and having tried numerous approaches I think I can sum up what he means. I tend to be a tighter player, and I used to tighten up when everyone else was loose. But by loosening up and outplaying your opponents after the flop you will lose a lot of small bets from...

  • Re: Won the pot because misscounted the outs.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up on my responses. Especially after I pretty much ranted away on this one! Been playing lights out lately and posting/playing just haven't been working. Complete focus hours on end has been my goal lately- it's hard when you're trying to grind out 10+ hours...

Thank you for responses. Couple of points here: While I do not think my both calls were right ones I would not say they are horrible by all means. • Re: EP raise and you hold....

Online in the 6 handed games, people will raise with anything, and I mean anything. From my experience, Ax is good against a large number of people playing at the 6 handed tables when they raise, as long as you are paying attention to your opponents. People are consistently in there raising with 79,...

  • Opinion on this hand please.......

Hi...I just found this board - added it's link to my blog ( www.kebzweb.com ). Anyway - I had had the following situation during a pretty unspectacular session online at Poker Stars - definately not playing my 'A' game and this hand came up. I think I botched how I played it. .50/1 Limit...

  • Inside Straight Draw - correct?

Last night I was playing 10-20 (PartyPoker) when the following hand came up. I was BB, the UTG player raised, BUTTON called, SB blind. I had 6 7 off. I decided to call. The flop came 3 4 9 with possible flush draw. UTG bet, BUTTON called, SB called, I called. The turn was the 5, no flush possible, giving...
