It's never happened to me, but I have heard many stories like yours, invariably from the player who had the best hand, realized it after sweating out a scary board, and excitedly fired down...

    Well the internet connection is back at my lunch time break spot so I've been playing a little over my breaks again. Downside is some personal circumstances resulted in me withdrawing about as much of my BR as I could. It left me with about $19 and some change on one site. Well I played a $5/$1 yesterday...

    Couple of years ago I played $20/40 in Taj. There was a guy on the table - I will call him SOB all below. That's three pots he played. 1. SOB raised from MP. All table folded except old man on BB who called. Does not matter what the flop was, SOB bet it, keep betting on the turn and on the river...

I take the train up in the morning and get a room for the night; this allows me to play two days which usually breaks down to about 4 sessions of 4 hours at larger limits and frequently better games than I am able to play at the local...
